Second Ohio College Cancels Classes Over Threats
Columbus’s CW affiliate reports:
Clark State College is taking “proactive measures” after receiving two emailed threats, one Saturday threatening a shooting and one Sunday threatening a bomb. These are similar to threats made to Wittenberg University, another Springfield institution.
The college states Springfield Police have confirmed the campus safe, but out of caution it will be holding classes virtually all week and all activities have been canceled. All campuses will be closed and employees are being told to work from home, according to Clark State’s website.
