SCOTUS: RFK Stays On Wisconsin And Michigan Ballots

The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s emergency appeal to remove his name from ballots in the swing states of Michigan and Wisconsin.
The former independent candidate endorsed Republican Donald Trump after dropping out of the race and argued that retaining his name on ballots would compromise his support for the former president.
“Kennedy is trying (as best he can) to avoid voter confusion and preventing his actual message — I’m supporting Trump for the presidency — from being drowned out by the confusion created by his name being on the ballot,” Kennedy wrote in his emergency appeal.
