In a surprising turn of events, a recent Des Moines Register/Mediacom Iowa Poll reveals that Democratic presidential candidate, Vice President Kamala Harris, has taken a lead over Republican Donald Trump in Iowa, with the sitting VP polling at 47% compared to ex-president’s 44%.
