Look, with all due respect to the lovely straight guys in our lives, the sight of a group of bros palling around together always manages to put us on edge.

Even the mere mention of the term “bachelor party” is enough to make the hairs on the back of our neck stand up!

So we think it’s fair to say that the new Aussie thriller Birdeater—about a bachelor weekend retreat that goes horribly, horribly wrong—has the potential to be one of the scariest movies of the year.
