Social media celebrated 5-foot-8 fellas on 5/8, but every December 22nd is National Short Person Day, and we’re marking the occasion by sharing gay guys’ #shortking pics.

And while we’re talking stature, this is a good reminder that heightism is a problem in the world and among gays in particular. You might recall the Redditor who was told over DM that his 4-foot-10 height was “gross.”

We’re happy to report that not everyone is so biased. Observed, for instance, the 6-foot-7 man who found his husband and “tiny soulmate” in a 5-foot-4 Scruff user. “I almost missed him because of a dumb preconceived notion,” the former told Queerty. “That woof changed my life.”
