“I worked hard to get the SAVE Act introduced. Chip Roy and Mike Lee introduced it and then I kept badgering Speaker Johnson and then he embraced it and went to Mar-A-Lago, got the president, they endorsed it. 

“So now people are aware of the threat of noncitizen voting and the same is true for the overseas voting.  It is pretty clear to me that — that the Democrats see noncitizens, illegals, literally as their future power base.
