The “intimacy blanket” market is apparently booming but, like, why???

If you’re gay and chronically online like us then perhaps you’ve also recently started seeing ads for The Love Blanket, an “intimacy blanket” that protects your bed from, ahem, whatever messes might occur during sexy time with your partner(s).

Seriously, we keep getting these ads. The Love Blanket and it’s many dupes, like the Protection Blanket and the Splash Blanket, seem to have taken over our social media feeds. Clearly, we clicked on something (we can’t imagine what!) that made our algorithms think we’ve only got one thing on our minds.

And we’re not the only ones!
