Trump Store Owner Charged With Indecent Exposure

Roanoke’s CBS affiliate reports:

A candidate in Boones Mill’s mayoral race said he believes the timing of his recent arrest is politically motivated. Donald “Whitey” Taylor was arrested Tuesday afternoon at the Trump Town USA store on Bethlehem Rd. that he owns.

He’s charged with three counts of assault and one count of indecent exposure, all of which are misdemeanors. Specifics of the allegations weren’t immediately available, but Taylor told WDBJ7 the three women who filed the criminal complaints against him all worked at his store.

“Unfortunately in America you are guilty until you are proven innocent and anybody can go get a warrant for anybody at any time,” he said.
