Will Daniel Craig & Luca Guadagnino turn this DC Comics character into a homoerotic hero?

We’re a week out from the highly anticipated release of Queer, filmmaker Luca Guadagnino’s adaptation of the William S. Burroughs novel starring Daniel Craig, which looks to be the gayest movie yet for both director & star.

And that’s really saying something, considering Guadagnino’s delivered the new gay classic Call Me By Your Name and managed to make a “sports movie” super queer with Challengers. Craig, meanwhile, proved that even James Bond might be into dudes, and is currently playing gay Southern gentlemen detective Benoit Blanc in the beloved Knives Out films.
